Title: Little flower, for whom do you bloom?
Format: Horizontal, black and white, 32 pages (or fewer).
Literary Genre: Free-form poetry. Suitable for readers of all ages.
Pictorial Genre: black and white, in pen and ink, composition-oriented, patterns, negative space. Either contained within borders on each page or flow through the whole spread as a cinematic scene.
Plot: In the text, a mother and child look at the spring flowers and propose a series of questions to the flowers. The pictures echo elements in the text and create additional narratives (exact narrative TBD).
Setting: Upon the country meadow, in the garden, with visual references to the Greco-Roman pastoral.
Theme: Enquiries about the priorities in life; human’s connection with nature
